Our mission encompasses raising awareness about the plight of species at risk of extinction, educating the public on biodiversity and ecological balance, facilitating donations to fund conservation efforts, and providing a space for Users to engage with these critical issues.2.2 Services Provided: The Services offered by HAB Solutions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Access to educational articles, videos, infographics, and other resources about endangered animals and their habitats. A donation portal enabling Users to contribute financially to vetted conservation initiatives worldwide. A submission system for Users to share stories, photographs, videos, or other content related to endangered animals (subject to Section 6). Interactive features such as forums, comment sections, newsletters, petitions, or virtual events aimed at fostering community engagement (if applicable).
2.3 Focus on Endangered Animals: The Website prioritizes species recognized as endangered, threatened, or vulnerable by international bodies such as the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List, the U.S. Endangered Species Act, or the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). Examples include, but are not limited to, tigers, pandas, elephants, rhinos, sea turtles, and countless others facing existential threats.

3.3 Account Suspension or Termination: HAB Solutions LLC reserves the absolute right to suspend, disable, or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed detrimental to the Website’s mission or community.
3.4 Multiple Accounts: You may not create multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate donation systems, or engage in prohibited conduct. Any attempt to do so may result in permanent exclusion from the Website.

You acknowledge that your contribution is a charitable act and not a purchase of goods or services.
4.3 Payment Processing: Donations are facilitated through third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). You agree to abide by their terms of service and acknowledge that HAB Solutions LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or disputes arising from their services.
4.4 Transparency and Reporting: While we strive to provide general updates on how donations are used, we are not obligated to provide detailed financial reports to individual donors unless required by law.

5. User Conduct

6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Submission Process: Users may submit content such as stories, photographs, videos, or other materials ("User Content") related to endangered animals for consideration on the Website. All submissions are subject to review and approval by HAB Solutions LLC.6.2 Grant of License: By submitting User Content, you grant HAB Solutions LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly display, and perform such content in any medium, solely for purposes related to our mission.
6.3 Content Requirements: User Content must:
Be original to you or properly licensed from the rightful owner. Directly relate to endangered animals or conservation efforts. Not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. Be free of offensive, misleading, or harmful material, as determined by us.
6.4 Moderation and Removal: We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to post, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or detracts from our mission, with or without notice to you.
7. Intellectual Property
